This role is crucial for keeping production moving by resolving real-world challenges daily. • Mission: Manages supplier performance and material availability to maintain production schedules and resolve supply chain challenges.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supplier Management: Partner with Buyers to manage supplier performance and ensure material availability.
• Order Management: Review supplier open order reports and update purchase orders.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and maintain production schedules.
• Quality Support: Support the resolution of supplier quality issues and coordinate the return of non-conforming material.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate purchasing information within the ERP system.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline. Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: No specific years required; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working with data, ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Bonus: Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, administration, procurement, or customer service is beneficial.
