What You’ll Actually Do
• Algorithm Improvement: Participate directly in the enhancement and development of the core search algorithm.
• Content Matching: Apply cutting-edge NLP and CV technology to accurately match the most relevant videos for each search query.
• User Personalization: Develop user behavior models to solve recommendation problems, increasing personalization in search results.
• Video Understanding: Comprehensively use NLP, CV, and social network analysis to better understand video content itself.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career individual completing or having recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: NLP, Ranking, Ads, search engine, recommender system, distributed system, and machine learning.
• Skills: Proficient coding skills, a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
