What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze operational and business data to uncover insights.
• Model Development: Assist in developing mathematical and optimization models to improve business processes and performance.
• Planning Support: Support initiatives related to forecasting, scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience. Must possess strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Skills: Good understanding of statistics and optimization concepts, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Python, R, or SQL; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools; understanding of optimization techniques such as Linear Programming or Integer Programming; knowledge of forecasting and simulation concepts.
