What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service through direct, face-to-face interactions with clients, managing inquiries, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a consistently positive experience for every customer.
• Sales Support: Assist the team with strategic customer acquisition efforts, actively working to meet sales targets, and contributing significantly to overall team performance within a target-driven sales environment.
• Communication: Build strong rapport with both new and existing customers, as well as internal team members, by utilizing strong verbal communication and effective active listening skills in all interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as an integral part of a team, actively collaborating to achieve shared goals, providing support to colleagues, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Leadership & Operations: Engage in structured training to develop essential skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management, concurrently providing support for promotional events, retail campaigns, and various day-to-day operational tasks.

• Experience: Some prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales environments is preferred, providing a foundational understanding of client interaction. Internships or team-based environments are also relevant.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction, active listening abilities, excellent teamwork capabilities, proven problem-solving aptitude, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
