What You’ll Actually Do

• Convert: Deliver compelling product or service pitches and successfully upsell where appropriate to maximize value.
• Perform: Consistently meet daily and weekly sales goals, actively contributing to overall team performance.
• Develop: Participate in leadership development workshops and receive on-the-job coaching to support and guide newer team members.
