What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Interaction & Service: Deliver high-quality customer service through direct, face-to-face interactions, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Sales & Business Growth: Actively assist with new customer acquisition efforts, strive to meet established sales targets, and significantly contribute to overall team performance within a target-driven environment.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work cohesively within a team structure to achieve shared organizational goals, provide mutual support to colleagues, and actively contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Leadership & Performance Development: Participate in structured training to develop essential skills in team leadership, effective coaching techniques, and performance management, with a clear and defined pathway for career progression.
• Event & Operational Support: Provide crucial support for various promotional events and retail campaigns, alongside managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
