Admin Associate Remote (U.S. Citizens Only; Preferably U.S Based) | Travel Radar

The Tone:
This is a part-time, commission-based remote role within Altiora Aviation, a division of Travel Radar, and is open to U.S. Citizens only, preferably U.S.-based. Altiora Aviation is an aviation brokerage and consulting company specializing in aircraft sales, acquisitions, private and government charter solutions, aircraft parts, aviation logistics, and specialized aviation services across the global aviation marketplace. This position is crucial for expanding the company’s presence in the U.S. Government contracting sector by identifying opportunities, preparing compliant proposals, and supporting successful contract awards. This is not an entry-level role, requiring demonstrated experience in government procurement and proposal development.

• Team: Reports directly to the Director of Altiora Aviation, working with leadership, aviation analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Mission: To expand Altiora Aviation’s presence in the U.S. Government contracting marketplace by identifying opportunities and securing contract awards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Opportunity Identification: Research and proactively identify U.S. Government procurement opportunities using platforms like SAM.gov and other federal, state, and local portals.
• Solicitation Evaluation: Evaluate government solicitations to determine alignment with company capabilities and strategic objectives, presenting high-value recommendations to the Director.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare compliant government proposal submissions, including technical responses, capability statements, pricing documentation, and past performance summaries.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of government contracting opportunities and manage proposal deadlines effectively.
• Business Development Support: Support government business development initiatives related to aircraft sales, charter, leasing, parts, aviation logistics, and aerospace defense services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Prior experience researching, identifying, and pursuing U.S. Government procurement opportunities; proven experience preparing and submitting government procurement bids and proposals. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to participate in U.S. Government contracting activities.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience responding to RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, Sources Sought Notices, and RFIs. Experience using SAM.gov and a strong understanding of U.S. Government procurement processes and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Skills: Exceptional technical writing, proposal writing, and business communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Previous experience supporting aviation, aerospace, defense, transportation, or logistics-related government contracts, especially with DoD, FAA, DHS, or DoT procurements. Familiarity with GSA Schedules, teaming agreements, and developing pricing strategies.
