What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer Workday: Support the configuration of business processes, fulfill ad hoc report requests, and deliver end-user training across the global Workday platform.
• Manage Security: Collaborate with the Senior Global Workday Administrator to maintain Workday security roles and permissions for appropriate data access and compliance.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Execute routine and ad hoc audits and quality checks to maintain Workday data integrity and compliance, partnering with regional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot Systems: Review and troubleshoot system errors raised by global team members with guidance from the Senior Global Workday Administrator.
• Facilitate Releases: Prepare the global HR team for Workday releases by reviewing notes, assessing impacts, communicating changes, and coordinating testing to maintain current HR platform and data strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, translating business requirements into system configurations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with human resources policies and procedures.
