PMO Transport – COE Global S&T | PepsiCo

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage industry that continually transforms its supply chain and operations. This position is vital for delivering best-in-class project management to global transformation initiatives, ensuring these complex programs are implemented efficiently. You will play a key part in embedding new capabilities, making processes faster, stronger, and more effective across the organization by integrating strategic, tactical, and human-centric approaches.

The TL;DR

• Team: Part of the Project Management Office Center of Excellence (COE) within Global S&T, focused on Transport.
• Mission: To own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Global Supply Chain transformation programs, ensuring timely execution, effective capability embedding, and benefits realization.
• Tech Stack: PPM tool

What You’ll Actually Do
• Govern Programs: Coordinate the program’s governance structure, facilitate governance councils, generate content, and perform stage management to ensure initiatives adhere to an aligned set of exit criteria.
• Lead Performance Management: Drive schedule, scope, and cost progress tracking, manage status reporting, identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, conduct post-audits, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Manage Project Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Supply Chain transformation programs, overseeing all lifecycle deliverables including RAAIDD management and benefits realization.
• Develop & Maintain Roadmaps: Build, maintain, and actively manage the project roadmap and all end-to-end project deliverables across the entire lifecycle utilizing the PPM tool, including managing schedule and roadmap change requests.
• Ensure Standard Execution: Consistently ensure the execution of COE project management methodology, playbooks, tools, and defined roles & responsibilities across all global S&T programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with core domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, or Transformation roles.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in program/project management using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Skills: Project management (governance, performance, schedule, scope, cost), strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder influence, strategic and analytical thinking.
• Bonus: MBA preferred. Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
