2027 US Global Manufacturing Trainee Program – Manufacturing Facility Based | Kraft Heinz

The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee program at Kraft Heinz, located in one of seven US manufacturing facilities. • Pay: $80000 yearly
• Team: Within manufacturing plant functions, reporting to operations leadership, as part of a global program to develop future supply chain leaders.
• Mission: To own and lead critical manufacturing projects, develop essential leadership skills, and significantly contribute to driving supply chain excellence across Kraft Heinz’s global operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Own impactful manufacturing projects designed to enhance operational efficiency, refine processes, and significantly improve supply chain results within a designated US manufacturing facility.
• Develop: Systematically hone critical leadership skills and foster collaborative abilities across various plant functions and wider business units to consistently deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
• Train: Engage in an intensive one-month immersive onboarding experience, receive in-depth training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) as the global standard for supply chain excellence, and successfully complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and an associated project to achieve certification.
• Explore: Spend twelve months actively participating in various projects that provide exposure to all functions of the plant, including opportunities to gain direct people management experience.
• Connect: Benefit from regular opportunities to interact with senior Kraft Heinz business leaders, including the Global Operations Officer and VP of North America Supply Chain, receive ongoing mentorship from previous GMTs and Operations leadership, and actively participate in critical supply chain engagements and curated learning experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date falling between December 2026 and June 2027, demonstrating an interest in growing their career within manufacturing plants.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience required. Applicants must be able to commit to and start full-time in the program on July 12, 2027, showing a clear interest in a manufacturing-focused career path.
