Supply Chain Global Early Career Professional – Northeast | Safelite

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career program at Safelite, with required rotations initially within the Northeast region and potential nationwide relocation upon completion. Safelite, a subsidiary of Belron, is a global leader in auto glass and claims management, employing over 30,000 people worldwide. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who will drive operational excellence, optimize inventory, and enhance distribution strategies within the company’s supply chain.

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, with required relocation within the Northeast region (with facilities in CT, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, NY, OH, PA, and WV) for rotations and potential nationwide relocation after the program.
• Team: Early Career program in partnership with Belron, with immediate exposure to senior leaders.
• Mission: To develop early career associates into future leaders by providing curated experiences that build an understanding of operational excellence, people leadership, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support business functions by performing hands-on day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Collaborate: Engage in ongoing collaboration and relationship building with internal associates across business rotations.
• Improve: Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies on each business rotation.
• Strategize: Analyze business problems, gather requirements, and develop project strategies with stakeholders.
• Present: Provide insights, present recommendations, and contribute to or lead projects for senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related major by June 2027; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Previous internship experience required.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership potential, cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher, experience working in a distribution center or warehouse, willingness to relocate, and ability to travel internationally.
