Supply Chain Global Early Career Professional – Southeast | Safelite

The Tone:
This is an Early Career rotational program at Safelite, with initial assignments throughout the Southeast region and potential for nationwide relocation after completion. Safelite, a subsidiary of global industry leader Belron, specializes in auto glass repair, replacement, and advanced vehicle safety system recalibration. This program is designed to develop early career associates into future leaders within the Supply Chain function, offering curated experiences and immediate exposure to senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally.

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Rotational within the Southeast (AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN, VA)

• Team: Supply Chain function, in partnership with Belron
• Mission: Develop future leaders by providing an understanding of operational excellence, people leadership, inventory management, and distribution strategies within the Supply Chain function.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support business functions by performing hands-on daily tasks and projects associated with the assigned team or function.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain practical experience and build relationships during each business rotation.
• Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies within each business rotation to improve operations.
• Analyze existing tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset to drive necessary changes for business objectives.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to or leading projects where applicable.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related major by June 2027; eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience: Previous internship experience required.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning; excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Bonus: Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse preferred; demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities; cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the time of application; willingness to relocate within the Southeast for rotations and nationwide after the program; ability to travel internationally.
