What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
• Lead: Provide overall leadership and supervision over store operations.
• Ensure: Ensure the achievement of operational standards, food safety protocols, and profitability goals.
• Cultivate: Create and maintain an inclusive and engaged environment for team members.
• Manage: Recruit, retain, and develop multiple employees while demonstrating cost management capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level with an understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience, including recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols, and the ability to operate and troubleshoot technology such as POS and ATS systems.
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards is preferred.
