General Manager, North America | Peak 5 Capital

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Oversee Peak 5 Capital’s regional strategy, operations, and investment activities for North America.
• Manage: Manage day-to-day business operations, including pipeline oversight and portfolio performance monitoring.
• Lead: Lead market analysis and deal evaluation while supporting capital raising efforts and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate: Coordinate between investment, asset management, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build: Build and mentor a high-performing, distributed team, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; strong background in real estate investment, credit analysis, and portfolio management, with experience in opportunistic and long-term strategies.
• Experience: Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, setting strategic direction, and driving execution in a remote or distributed environment; experience collaborating with investors, lenders, and partners.
• Skills: Advanced financial and analytical skills (cash flow modeling, underwriting, risk assessment, performance reporting); excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; solid understanding of North American real estate markets, capital structures, and regulatory frameworks; demonstrated capability in operational management, process improvement, and implementing scalable systems.
