• Pay: $80000–$155000 yearly
• Mission: To develop future General Managers who will lead store operations, ensure financial performance, and cultivate an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship: Receive dedicated one-on-one mentorship from a team of experienced leaders within the company.
• Development: Gain professional and personal growth through structured, high-quality training and regular feedback sessions.
• Operations: Work in various stores across the region to acquire broad operational knowledge and leadership experience.
• Impact: Contribute to and make a positive impact on P&L management, including overseeing financial metrics and reporting.
• Leadership: Develop skills in hiring and fostering the growth of employees while maintaining a hands-on, customer-focused approach to daily store operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or have at least 4 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of grocery management experience is required, or at least 4 years of experience in a broader retail management capacity.

• A demonstrated passion for hiring and developing top-tier employees.
• A laser-like focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A solution-oriented mindset, prioritizing problem-solving over assigning blame.
• Enthusiasm for hands-on leadership, willing to jump in and assist the team when needed.
• The flexibility to work early shifts starting at 4am, late shifts finishing at 11pm, and on weekends.
