The Tone:
This is a full-time General Manager Development Program role at MOM’s Organic Market, primarily located in the Westchester County area. The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Westchester County area
• Pay: $80000–$155000 yearly
• Team: Reports to experienced leaders within store teams across the region.
• Mission: Develop into an effective General Manager, driving store success and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship: Develop leadership capabilities through one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders.
• Development: Participate in structured training and feedback for professional and personal growth.
• Operations: Drive store success by impacting P&L management and metrics reporting across regional stores.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team by hiring, developing, and actively assisting employees.
• Customer Focus: Ensure an exceptional customer experience with a laser-like focus on satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree OR at least 4 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Experience: 2 years of grocery management experience (if holding a Bachelor’s degree), or 4 years of overall retail management experience. Must have flexibility to work early shifts starting at 4am and late shifts finishing at 11pm, including weekends.
• Skills: Passion for hiring and developing employees, a laser-like focus on the customer experience, a solution-oriented mindset, enthusiasm for hands-on leadership.
• Bonus: A proven track record of success in previous roles.
