General Manager Development Program | MOM’s Organic Market
The Tone:
This is a full-time regional development program at MOM’s Organic Market, focused on preparing individuals for General Manager roles within an expanding organic grocery company. • Pay: $80000–$155000 yearly
• Mission: To develop into a General Manager who drives store performance, fosters a positive team environment, and ensures an exceptional customer experience through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship: Receive one-on-one mentorship from a team of experienced leaders.
• Development: Gain professional and personal development through structured, high-quality training and regular feedback.
• Operations: Work in various stores across the region, engaging in hands-on leadership and assisting team members as needed.
• Performance: Make a positive impact on P&L management and metrics reporting.
• Team Building: Develop skills in hiring and fostering the growth of employees.
The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 2 years of management experience in grocery or at least 4 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Experience: A bachelor’s degree combined with 2 years of grocery management experience, OR 4 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Skills: A laser-like focus on the customer experience, a solution-oriented mindset, enthusiasm for hands-on leadership, and the flexibility to work early shifts (4am), late shifts (11pm), and weekends.
