What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Actively participate in a structured program that provides high-quality training and feedback, receiving one-on-one mentorship from a team of experienced leaders to foster both professional and personal development.
• Financial & Operational Impact: Drive positive outcomes in P&L management and metrics reporting, applying insights gained to enhance the financial health and operational efficiency of stores across the region.
• Employee Cultivation: Demonstrate a passion for hiring, developing, and coaching the best employees, empowering teams and fostering a supportive work environment where individuals can learn and thrive.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Maintain a laser-like focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience, taking pride in delivering service that consistently contributes to the company’s 5-star reviews.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 2 years of relevant grocery management experience, OR demonstrate a strong foundation with at least 4 years of experience in a broader retail management role. The company values a track record of success, regardless of specific schooling or industry.
• Experience: A proven history of success in a leadership capacity, with at least 2 years dedicated to grocery management or 4 years in a comprehensive retail management position, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage store operations effectively.
• Skills: A strong passion for hiring and developing exceptional employees; a laser-like focus on ensuring an outstanding customer experience; a proactive and solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving; enthusiasm for hands-on leadership, acting as a supportive team player; and the essential flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings (4 am), late evenings (11 pm), and weekends.
