KidStrong General Manager / Director | KidStrong Naperville

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at KidStrong Naperville, located in Naperville, IL. KidStrong builds lifelong confidence in children through engaging programs and fosters strong relationships within families and the community. This General Manager / Director role is critical as you will directly own the center’s growth, build meaningful connections with member families, and lead a team that delivers impactful results.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Flexible schedule (4 weekdays + 1 weekend shift)
• Location: In-person, Naperville, IL

• Team: Leads a team of coaches; reports to franchisee management.
• Mission: Own the growth and operational excellence of the KidStrong center by building strong relationships with families and a high-performing coaching team.
• Tech Stack: Google, CRMs, social media

What You’ll Actually Do
• Membership Sales: Drive the full membership pipeline, personally converting leads into long-term families.
• Community Engagement: Be the face of KidStrong by hosting and attending local events to attract new members.
• Customer Experience: Build genuine connections, ensuring member satisfaction and fostering referrals through proactive communication and personal touches.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop coaches to deliver the KidStrong curriculum with high energy and heart.
• Operational Management: Oversee all center operations, maintaining cleanliness, high energy, and tracking key performance indicators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with experience working with children ages crawling through 11 years.
• Experience: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and perform under pressure.
• Skills: Sales and lead conversion, relationship building, operational management, clear communication, comfort with Google, CRMs, and social media.
• Bonus: CPR certified or willing to become certified.
