The Tone:

The company provides lights, video walls, rigging, staging, and audio for prominent events globally, from major concerts and festivals to Broadway shows and corporate events. This role is critical as the General Manager leads all aspects of operations and management at their assigned location, directly impacting its profitability and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for your location and provide leadership for all aspects of operations.
• Management: Manage 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives and all income-producing operations, including rentals, sales, and systems departments.
• Financial Oversight: Take responsibility for the profitability of the location and the efficiency of its operations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the financial budget, quality of rental equipment and services, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Performance Management: Ensure the efficiency and productivity of the entire staff to drive revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a clear understanding and proven track record of operating and leading a business from all aspects.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in supervisory and leadership roles managing various types of teams, with emphasis on sales, computer literacy, franchise systems, and financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop teams, combined with strong motivational capabilities to execute strategic direction and influence others.
