General Manager | TriSearch

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at a Fitness club, located in a club office environment. The company strives to create an uplifting experience for everyone by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness. This role is crucial for directing operations and sales at a club location, building results-driven teams, and ensuring the club operates efficiently and consistently with the brand’s culture.

• Pay: $60000–$80000 yearly
• Team: Reports to a District Manager and builds a team of club leads.
• Mission: Directs club operations and sales to achieve financial results and maintain consistent company standards and culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Lead the club’s financial performance, ensuring consistency in operations and attainment of goals for member growth, revenue, and operating profit.
• Develop: Oversee the hiring, development, and performance management of the club team, with a focus on lead positions (MEL, PTL, GFSTL & CCTL).
• Direct: Provide consistent accountability and coaching to direct reports, ensuring they drive and deliver results in line with company standards.
• Maintain: Ensure the club is clean, friendly, well-maintained, and that all team members foster an “UPLIFT” culture within the community.
• Lead: Communicate, lead by example, and motivate your team to understand and develop passion toward the brand, values, and strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, holding a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with core domain knowledge in retail, hospitality, or service industry operations and sales.
• Experience: 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 1-10 employees, alongside 2-4 years of broad retail, hospitality, or service industry experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in financial planning and P&L statement analysis, proficiency in developing and executing sales, marketing, and operations plans, and strong capabilities in leading and developing teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Prior experience in one or more club departments and knowledge of the fitness industry.
