What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Financial Management: Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and control expenses to optimize performance.
• Compliance and Relationships: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial career level with a focus on operations, strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
• Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership with the ability to motivate teams, excellent strategic planning and execution, solid financial acumen including P&L management, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
