The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Standard (Mon-Fri)
• Location: In-person, Massachusetts (with required geographic flexibility)
• Pay: $165000–$175000 yearly

• Mission: Develop participants into future General Managers by providing strategic direction and deep proficiency across various functional areas, business units, and regions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete three, twelve-month rotations to gain proficiency with diverse functional areas, business units, and regions.
• Strategic Impact: Provide strategic direction while developing critical capabilities in balancing financial and business levers and commercial acumen.
• Operations Management: Gain proficiency in product or service management and end-to-end operations through practical experience.
• Development & Mentorship: Participate in formal development sessions and receive dedicated Executive Mentorship.
• Process Improvement: Utilize the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA student completing their degree between December 2026 – June 2027, with an undergraduate degree in Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of work experience post-undergraduate degree, ideally gained in large, global organizations within the Life Sciences or STEM-related industry, including at least 1 year of experience managing direct reports.
• Skills: Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others and driving results; demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems; evidence of grit, resilience, perseverance, strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset; excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence; required geographic mobility and flexibility; and legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Bonus: 5+ years of work experience post-undergraduate degree.
