The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Standard (Mon-Fri)
• Location: In-person, geographically flexible (e.g., Massachusetts)
• Pay: $165000–$175000 yearly
• Mission: Develop vital competencies and experiences for a career as a General Manager through a three-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete three 12-month rotations to gain proficiency across diverse functional areas, business units, and regions.
• Balance financial and business levers to drive strategic outcomes across various business contexts.
• Develop commercial acumen for effective product or service management within the company.
• Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure efficient business unit performance.
• Utilize Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA student completing their degree between December 2026 and June 2027, with an undergraduate degree in Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of post-undergraduate work experience, with 1+ years managing direct reports, gained in Life Sciences or STEM-related global organizations.
• Skills: Proven leadership with ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems, strong learning agility, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Bonus: 5+ years of post-undergraduate work experience; legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
