• Mission: Assist with the delivery and basic installation of technology products to clients, ensuring an excellent service experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation and Delivery: Perform a variety of in-home duties for clients, including the delivery, installation, and networking of technology products, with a primary focus on home theater systems.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to clearly communicate diagnostic discoveries and provide recommendations for protecting their devices.
• Operations Support: Help manage inventory levels and ensure the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Team Training: Provide valuable feedback and training to store teams, and offer assistance with in-store repairs when needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics is required for this entry-level role.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years old with a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, specifically no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past three years, and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving violations in the past three years.
• Skills: Ability to work successfully as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and multi-task effectively in varied environments. Ability to lift 75 pounds independently or 150 pounds with assistance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Bonus: Six months of consumer electronics experience in sales, operations, or technology services.
