Control & Reporting Associate Manager | PepsiCo

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PepsiCo, located in Poland. PepsiCo is a global food and beverage company known for its diverse portfolio of products. This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of PepsiCo’s internal control environment as the company transitions key functions to Global Capability Centers. The role plays a vital part in protecting assets, optimizing business processes, and maintaining a robust control framework across various operations.

• Mission: Support the transition of internal controls to Global Capability Centers and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Tech Stack: ERP (SAP preferred), planning & reporting tools, integrated solutions

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transition Management: Lead the identification and monitoring of controls transitioning to GCC KCC and VCC hubs, clarifying roles and responsibilities across at least five business processes including Commercial & Consumer, Financial Planning, People Experience & Operations, Supply Chain & Operations, and Finance Control.
• Control Framework Optimization: Partner with functional and tower leads to identify control owners, and to streamline and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall control framework and business processes.
• Strategic Development: Collaborate with the GCC Global Internal Control Leads to develop a sustainable post-migration control strategy that fosters a high degree of proportional ownership across the organization.
• Internal Control Oversight: Manage the KCC Business Unit Internal Control agenda by working closely with the KCC BU Hub Controller.
• Process Improvement: Optimize business processes for effectiveness and efficiency by working with business process owners and benchmarking with other GCC hubs to adopt best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or related International Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance. This is a Manager-level role.
• Experience: Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Audit / Control, with at least 50% covering COSO / SOX implementation and testing, process improvement, and audits.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in IT systems, including ERP (SAP preferred), planning & reporting tools, and integrated solutions.
• Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, systems, and data flows within FMCG organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change effectively at different levels and interact with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a focus on details and structure.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bonus: Big-4 experience preferred; experience working in internal audit / internal controls departments in FMCG companies is highly preferable.
