Job Description: Garage Attendant

The role of a Garage Attendant at SP+ is presented as an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process for customers.

Key Responsibilities (Duties Include):

• Safely moving and storing vehicles within the garage and to designated areas as requested.
• Safely operating vehicle lifts and elevators.
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, security, and safety within the garage environment.

Qualifications (Minimal Requirements):

Candidates must embody the company motto: “Neat, Clean and Polite.”

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral forms).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sprint short distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, with breaks).
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in extreme elements such as heat, wind, snow, and rain.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Classification: Non-exempt.
• Wage: Hourly Wage + Cash Tips.
• Salary Range: $18.00 per hour.
