Game Operations Intern 2026-27 Season | Atlanta Gladiators
The Tone:
This is an internship at Atlanta Gladiators, located in Duluth, GA. The Atlanta Gladiators is a professional ice hockey team dedicated to providing engaging sports entertainment and fostering community connections. This role offers hands-on experience in professional sports, focusing on critical game-day operations, fan engagement, and promotional planning, which is essential for delivering memorable experiences for our fans and supporting team initiatives.

• Mission: This person supports the Game Operations team to plan and execute engaging game-day experiences and promotional activities for fans.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan: Collaborate with the Game Operations Manager to plan and implement promotional themes, in-game entertainment, and intermission activities.
• Execute: Assist in the production and execution of in-game promotional activities, including event setup, teardown, participant selection, and managing entertainment performers.
• Coordinate: Coordinate community events and assist with the distribution of promotional giveaways and the execution of game-day fan experiences.
• Support: Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to attendees at home games and represent the team at community events.
• Administer: Assist with general office duties, administrative tasks, and attend all Atlanta Gladiators home games.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Current college student or recent graduate, with a preference for local applicants.
• Experience: Willingness to work all Atlanta Gladiators home games during the 2026–27 season, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, along with occasional non-game day office hours or events.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive and team-focused attitude, energetic, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable performing physical tasks.
• Bonus: Experience in skating.
