The Tone:
This is a broad rotational professional position at Zinda Law Group, PLLC, located in Austin, Texas. The company is building a bench of future business leaders by recruiting a small cohort of exceptionally high-potential, early-career individuals. This role serves as a proving ground, offering opportunities to take on major responsibility and identify where individuals are most valuable by tackling challenging business problems across various operational functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Transition across various functions including marketing, People/HR, finance, operations, project management, events, SEO, and digital work based on business needs.
• Innovate: Take on new business initiatives as Zinda creates or acquires new ventures, with a clear path to major responsibility for top performers.
• Execute: Own projects from inception to completion, utilizing AI tools by default to accelerate work and enhance output quality.
• Lead: Step into a Cohort Lead role on a rotating basis (every 1–2 weeks), managing daily execution checks, tracking commitments, catching dropped work, and reporting status.
• Support: Perform necessary unglamorous, tedious, or low-status tasks that are vital for team functioning but undesired by others.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 0–5 years of professional experience, suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals (2–5 years in) from demanding environments like startups, consulting, finance, or technology.
• Experience: Demonstrated accomplishment of something objectively difficult or unusual, whether academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or project-based. Possesses strong intellectual range, combining robust quantitative thinking with excellent writing and ideas.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills (will be tested), natural proficiency in using AI tools for problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership to take responsibility without constant direction.
• Bonus: A hard science, engineering, or math academic background combined with philosophy, English, literature, or another writing-heavy field is considered a strong positive.
