What You’ll Actually Do
• Investor Onboarding: Manage investor onboarding processes and contact setup for Private Equity fund launches and subsequent fund closes.
• Data Management: Maintain and update investor static data, including bank/wire instructions, contact information, and accounting-related data across various systems.
• Notice Processing: Process requests for fund notices, ensuring accurate upload and timely release to applicable investors within required timelines.
• Quality Review: Perform end-to-end reviews of investor and account updates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
• Issue Escalation: Identify, proactively communicate, and escalate issues or exceptions to management in a timely manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of financial services operations.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary, specifically in data maintenance, transaction processing, client/investor onboarding, AML/KYC operations, or investor servicing. This includes required exposure to Private Equity, Alternative Funds, or fund administration operations, alongside practical experience working with applications such as Investran and Data Exchange.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy is critical, particularly when operating in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential, combined with a professional and proactive approach. Strong teamwork capabilities, along with the ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and demonstrate ownership through completion of tasks, are also required.
