Full-Time Receptionist – Wolf Creek Care Center

Location: 107 Catherine Ln, Grass Valley, CA 95945

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $18/HR
  • Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 5 days a week
  • Required Days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory.

✨ What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Answer telephone calls, manage messages, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Efficiently check visitors in, directing or escorting them to their specific destinations.
  • Inform other employees promptly of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively promote a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and their families.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area at all times.
  • Assist with the signing of admission packets for new residents.
