• Mission: This role is tasked with expertly managing the entire patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions throughout each visit from check-in to check-out. This includes maintaining efficient daily operations through meticulous data entry, precise insurance verification, diligent payment collection, and careful handling of patient forms and records, all contributing to an organized and positive clinic environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Check-in: Warmly greet patients upon their arrival and efficiently manage all aspects of their check-in process.
• Patient Check-out: Accurately handle all aspects of patient departure procedures, including processing payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments to optimize clinic flow and patient convenience.
• Record Management: Precisely scan and organize medical records, and efficiently process all incoming and outgoing medical record requests.
• Form Processing: Expertly compile, process, and ensure full understanding of all necessary patient forms, such as consent for treatment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in healthcare administration or patient support services.
• Experience: Prior experience utilizing electronic medical records is a critical requirement for this position.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, is essential. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively and empathetically with diverse patients and colleagues. A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service is paramount, alongside meticulous organization and a keen attention to detail across all administrative and patient care coordination tasks.
