• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls throughout the day to patients and providers.
• Care Coordination: Coordinate care by scheduling appointments and following up on cases.

• Case Tracking: Track multiple cases and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and internal teams.
