What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop User Interfaces: Craft intuitive, high-performance, and responsive web applications using Next.js, ensuring accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Build Backend Services: Design and develop clean, scalable APIs that connect user-facing applications to robust backend systems and facilitate database interaction.
• Enhance System Quality: Continuously improve the platform’s reliability, scalability, and maintainability to support rapid product iteration and ensure excellent performance.
• Collaborate on Features: Partner closely with product, design, and research teams to translate conceptual ideas into polished, user-ready features.
• Drive Product Lifecycle: Take ideas from early prototypes through the full development cycle to production release, contributing to zero-to-one product creation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a strong technical foundation, acquired through formal education or equivalent real-world experience in software engineering principles.
• Experience: At least three years of professional experience as a full stack or frontend-focused engineer, demonstrating deep hands-on expertise with Next.js and modern React-based development. This includes practical backend experience covering API development, database interaction, and effective issue resolution across the stack. Additionally, experience in early-stage environments or contributing to new product launches is essential.
• Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript and modern styling approaches or CSS frameworks, combined with a solid understanding of performance optimization and scalability within web applications. Demonstrate clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team environments, alongside a self-directed approach to problem-solving and decision-making with limited information.
