Full Charge Bookkeeper | 3Rs Construction & Remodeling

What You’ll Actually Do
• Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of full charge bookkeeping for the company.
• Accounts Management: Oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Payroll: Process payroll, including all required government reporting.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards on a regular basis.
• Human Resources: Perform various human resources duties as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional level understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll processing, including knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll processing. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro, with familiarity in the Contractor Version being a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, self-motivation, ability to work independently while also collaborating as a team player, conscientiousness, strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, polite and effective communication skills, and demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the Profit First methodology is highly valued.
