Front Office Manager OEM/HM | Crestline Hotels & Resorts
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Crestline Hotels & Resorts. Crestline operates and manages hotel and resort properties. This role is crucial for the successful operation and administration of all front office departments, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest while maximizing departmental profitability. The position requires strong leadership to create, develop, and maintain a competent, motivated, and empowered front office staff.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategize: Create and implement front office strategies designed to enhance guest satisfaction and increase hotel revenues.
• Lead & Develop: Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional discipline, including training, coaching, and motivating front office staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Oversee Operations: Ensure all front office operations, including front desk, bell/door, and concierge, are carried out professionally and to established service standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor departmental budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions to ensure authorized and budgeted expenditures.
• Personnel Management: Organize worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and administer employee performance evaluations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or work equivalent, coupled with experience in hospitality management.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with required experience using hotel information systems.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, coach, motivate, and engage staff; strong computer skills; effective problem-solving for guest and operational issues; financial monitoring; staff development.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
