Front Desk Receptionist | Barrett Financial Group
The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at Barrett Financial Group, located in Chandler, AZ. Barrett Financial Group delivers top-notch mortgage experiences for real people, built on a foundation of collaboration and providing really great loans. This role is often the first point of contact for all visitors and plays an important part in our Operations team, creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members professionally.
• Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
• Environment Maintenance: Manage the front desk area to maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
• Team Assistance: Support team members with general office needs as assigned.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career experience. Individuals should possess a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Experience: Ability to multitask and stay organized. Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and comfort using office technology.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
