What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead National Finance, the largest NBFC in Oman, as Deputy CEO, overseeing its strategic direction.
• Steer the company towards substantial growth and innovation within the financial services sector.
• Achieve and sustain record-breaking business performance, setting historical benchmarks for the organization.
• Direct country-level risk management strategies and operations for major financial groups.
• Build and lead financial institutions as a Chief Executive Officer, driving company establishment and expansion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with an All India Merit Rank, an MBA, and have completed a one-year program at Harvard. Possess deep expertise in financial services, corporate leadership, and risk management.
• Experience: Possess extensive experience in executive leadership roles, including Deputy CEO and CEO positions within large financial institutions such as Bank of America, Citigroup, Capital First, and National Finance. Demonstrated ability in country risk directorship and global risk training.
• Skills: Strategic leadership, financial management, risk assessment, business development, organizational growth, and the ability to achieve high-performance targets.
