What You’ll Actually Do
• Staffing Analysis: Conduct comprehensive staffing analysis directly with operations and the medical group, identifying optimal resource allocation and efficiency improvements to support rapid growth and operational needs.
• Financial Planning: Lead the development and management of budgeting and forecasting processes, providing critical financial insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.
• Financial Modeling: Design and implement robust financial models to evaluate new initiatives, assess potential investments, and support various strategic business analysis projects.
• Operational Reporting: Generate detailed operational reports, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for leadership and operational teams to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Strategic Business Analysis: Perform in-depth strategic business analysis, offering data-driven recommendations that influence operational strategies and contribute to the company’s continued investment in growth and expansion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold an applicable Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA, preferably in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: Possess 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, with an ideal background in public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting, or other analytical and client-service oriented roles; experience from a Big 4 firm is a valuable plus, though not required.
• Skills: Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency, strong communication skills to effectively partner with diverse business leaders, and exhibit a sharp, ambitious, and intellectually curious mindset with a keen eagerness to learn.
