Financial Planning and Analysis Manager | Clearsense
The Tone:

Clearsense is a private equity-backed healthcare technology company focused on improving outcomes for health systems by revitalizing healthcare data through its 1Clearsense Platform. This Manager position is crucial for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing data-driven insights to support company growth, profitability, and operational efficiency as the company scales rapidly.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Build Models: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze key business drivers, revenue trends, costs, and profitability.
• Generate Reports: Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to inform executive decision-making.
• Assist Acquisitions: Support M&A due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
• Engage Stakeholders: Partner with private equity stakeholders, preparing investor reports and board presentations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, combined with managerial experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, communication, and presentation skills; advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Workday) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Bonus: MBA or CFA/CPA preferred, preferably within a private equity-backed, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment.
