What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting Development: Prepare and maintain standard reports on sales performance, P&L analytics, and key business metrics.
• Data Management: Help gather, validate, and organize data from various internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Performance Analysis: Provide basic analysis on sales trends, product performance, and operational KPIs to highlight insights.
• Commission Support: Assist in monthly sales commission calculations and related reporting tasks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to understand reporting needs and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good communication skills to explain data clearly, and beginner to intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics, and Spanish language skills.
