2027 Launch Graduate Program: FP&A Analyst | Momentum

This FP&A Analyst position, part of the 2027 Launch Program, is integral to the Finance team, supporting essential financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting efforts that drive key organizational initiatives and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support across diverse areas, including revenue and expense budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and ad hoc projects.
• Model Development: Develop and maintain complex Excel financial models, continuously seeking innovations to improve efficiency and reduce time for critical tasks.
• Reporting & Insights: Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports, complete with detailed variance analyses and trending reports to inform stakeholders.
• Month-End Support: Support the month-end financial close process by meticulously analyzing data, identifying potential errors, and addressing inconsistencies.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with various teams across the organization to model the financial impacts of business investments and client pricing, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Expense Coordination: Coordinate with department owners and the accounting department to accurately track expected expenditures against forecasts and ensure proper coding for expense reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This early-career position is designed for individuals who will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Candidates must possess proven leadership experience from extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating an ability to drive project success. Prior experience working with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is also required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, capable of evaluating project performance and identifying improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. The ability to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP systems or financial modeling software would be considered a valuable asset.
