This role is critical for establishing the company’s initial market presence, shaping its brand narrative, and scaling its reach using modern digital and AI-powered strategies. The ideal candidate will be a builder eager to create significant impact from scratch.

• Mission: This person will own the development and scaling of the company’s marketing engine, driving growth and establishing its brand presence from 0 to 1.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Platform Ownership: Take full responsibility for developing, managing, and expanding the brand’s presence, thought leadership, and engagement across X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
• Growth Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze innovative growth experiments aimed at achieving rapid, widespread, and organic reach for the brand.
• System Building: Develop and integrate advanced AI tools and workflows to create scalable, efficient, and intelligent marketing systems.
• Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the founders to shape the core brand narrative, messaging, and successful product and feature launches.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep understanding of modern digital growth strategies and a passion for AI.
• Experience: Proven ability to understand and leverage X (Twitter) and LinkedIn for significant audience growth, engagement, and community building.
• Skills: Proficient use of AI tools for generating compelling content, automating marketing tasks, analyzing data, and enhancing overall marketing efficiency. Ability to move quickly, test aggressively, and maintain a strong eye for effective, engaging, and high-quality content and campaigns.
• Bonus: Demonstrable experience in successfully scaling social media accounts from early stages or executing impactful viral campaigns.
