What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Location Identity: Shape and establish the foundational identity and operational character of the brand-new Bermuda Club, setting the tone and culture from its very first day.
• Execute Playbook: Implement and execute the established operational playbook with conviction, ensuring the proven systems and clear standards from the flagship Carlsbad location are applied effectively.
• Uphold Standards: Consistently hold and maintain high operational standards on a daily basis, guaranteeing a superior level of quality and service across all club activities.
• Sharpen Systems: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of the existing operational playbook and systems as the Bermuda Club grows and evolves.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. A foundational understanding of club operations and the unique challenges and opportunities associated with launching a new, high-standard venue is essential. This role requires an individual prepared to take on founding responsibilities.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in effectively executing comprehensive operating playbooks and maintaining rigorous daily standards within a service-oriented or club environment. A history of contributing to process improvement and adaptation of established systems is highly valued.
• Skills: The capacity to execute operational directives with conviction and lead by example in upholding standards. Possessing a strong balance of coachability to learn from established models, coupled with the autonomy to drive independent decision-making and innovation where appropriate.
