The Tone:

This role is crucial for driving high-impact initiatives across operations, growth, and finance, directly supporting the founders in a high-responsibility environment. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, San Francisco, CA
• Pay: $25000–$80000 yearly
• Team: Reports directly to the founders
• Mission: This person will drive critical initiatives across business functions to optimize performance, scale operations globally, and support data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Growth & Operations: Execute end-to-end growth experiments and operational improvements to optimize business performance and scale as the company expands globally.
• System Automation: Build and automate internal financial and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decision-making across every department of the business.
• Functional Ownership: Act as an interim owner for various business functions, managing everything from fundraising preparation to complex customer operations.
• Problem Solving: Tackle ambiguous problems and bridge functional gaps within the rapidly scaling organization.
• Strategic Support: Drive high-impact initiatives across operations, growth, and finance, contributing directly to the company’s core strategic objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 1+ years of experience in a high-rigor environment, coupled with a strong analytical or technical background.
• Experience: Technically literate with a bias to action, demonstrating the ability to leverage AI tools to amplify output and solve unfamiliar problems independently.
• Skills: Possesses structured thinking and clear communication skills, thriving in ambiguous startup environments with minimal oversight and high ownership.
