What You’ll Actually Do
• Growth & Operations: Execute end-to-end growth experiments and implement operational improvements, optimizing business performance and supporting the company’s global expansion.
• Systems Automation: Build and automate internal financial and reporting systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making across every department of the business.
• Functional Ownership: Act as an interim owner for various business functions, managing a diverse range of responsibilities from fundraising preparation to complex customer operations.
• Problem Solving: Tackle ambiguous problems and bridge functional gaps within the organization, operating with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact initiatives directly reporting to the founders, covering areas such as operations, growth, and finance, contributing to rapid scale.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals with at least 1+ years of professional experience gained in a high-rigor environment, demonstrating a strong analytical or technical foundation suitable for a rapidly scaling AI hardware company.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a demanding professional setting where analytical or technical skills were frequently applied.
• Skills: Technically literate, adept at utilizing AI tools to amplify output and solve unfamiliar problems independently; a structured thinker and clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments with minimal oversight and high ownership.
• Bonus: Potential for future leadership, aspiring to transition into a Chief of Staff or similar leadership role within a high-growth company.
