About the Job

As a Food Service Worker I (FSW-I), you will be responsible for all non-cooking related functions within the food service department. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of meal delivery and kitchen hygiene, directly contributing to patient and customer satisfaction.

• Washing dishes
• Cold food preparation
• Salad production
• Serving food to patients and customers
• Cashier duties
• Tray passing and delivery
• Loading food carts
• General cleaning and sanitation
• Receiving and storing supplies

Qualifications

Position Details:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Certifications: None

Other:

• Maintains positive relationships with patients and customers to attain quality satisfaction of food service.
• Is courteous, considerate, and cooperative when communicating with all patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel.
