What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Operations: Support daily service operations across multiple full-service restaurant outlets, dynamic poolside dining venues, and vibrant bars within a high-volume, luxury resort setting.
• Guest Experience: Deeply engage with Hyatt’s renowned service standards and collaborate extensively with both front-of-house and culinary teams to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
• Operational Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of full-service restaurant and banquet operations, including workflow efficiencies and key operational standards.
• Service Excellence: Master the art of guest service excellence and practical problem-solving techniques in a real-world hospitality environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Become proficient with POS systems and experience valuable cross-functional collaboration with culinary, banquet, and front-of-house teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
• Experience: Proven ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Skills: Strong guest-service mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences, coupled with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and outdoors as needed from May through August.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a similar role within hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service.
