Your Role:
As a Financial Services & Risk Management Advisor, you will:
- Educate Clients: Become a trusted advisor by thoroughly educating clients on tailored benefit solutions that address their specific needs and goals.
- Virtual Presentations: Effectively present benefit solutions to clients via Zoom (a computer with a webcam is required to leverage our virtual platform).
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, excellent service, and proactive communication.
- Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios with meticulous accuracy and unwavering professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration & Autonomy: Thrive in an environment that values individual drive and initiative while benefiting from the collaborative spirit of a high-performing team.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and strong relationships.
- Integrity: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-motivated individual eager to take initiative and committed to personal and professional growth.
