• Drive: Independently manage and drive progress toward personal sales goals, leveraging provided systems and tools.
• Collaborate: Actively participate in a collaborative team environment, embracing structured training, mentorship, and contributing to the collective growth and success of the agency.
• Obtain: Commit to acquiring the Health & Life Insurance License, dedicating time to professional development and learning programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career experience, demonstrating a clear willingness and commitment to obtain the necessary Health & Life Insurance License to operate in the financial services domain.
• Experience: Proven ability to operate independently, taking full ownership of tasks and objectives without constant supervision, while also seamlessly integrating into and contributing positively to a team-oriented culture.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting effectively with families and team members; excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and client information efficiently; a high degree of personal integrity and accountability for actions and results; a genuine desire for personal growth and ongoing learning; and a service-oriented approach to building and fostering long-term, trusting relationships.
