What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their financial goals, current situation, and future aspirations, forming the basis for personalized financial guidance.
• Solution Development: Help families develop and implement tailored solutions related to financial protection, retirement planning, and long-term wealth accumulation strategies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and diligent follow-up to foster trust and loyalty.
• Skill Development: Learn, apply, and master proven sales methodologies, effective communication techniques, and comprehensive relationship management systems provided through training.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and professional development initiatives to enhance your financial expertise and industry knowledge.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with a genuine desire to help individuals and families achieve financial well-being, eager to establish a long-term career in financial services. No prior financial services experience is required.
• Experience: Zero years of prior financial services experience required. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive, structured training and mentorship program.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex information clearly; a positive, coachable attitude with eagerness to learn; strong work ethic, dedication, and persistence; people-oriented approach, comfortable interacting with diverse individuals; and a willingness to learn consultative sales.
• Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles such as customer service, sales, hospitality, fitness coaching, real estate, retail, or restaurant industries.
