The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $100,000 + at plan earnings
• Mission: Guide individuals, families, and small businesses through complex financial challenges to achieve long-term financial well-being and security.
• Tech Stack: CRM, Digital Sales Suite, marketing and social media tools, web, social, and email content support.

What You’ll Actually Do
Client Education: Engage and educate clients on critical financial planning topics to prepare them for unexpected life events and future goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families to support their pursuit of financial security.
Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition with a goal of adding 50 new clients annually, utilizing networking and marketing strategies.
Financial Analysis: Assess client financial needs, goals, cash flow, and expectations using a CRM to create and recommend individualized financial plans.
Business Solutions: Work with business owners to implement effective employee retention and succession planning strategies, leveraging diverse product solutions.

The Must-Haves
Background: Self-driven individuals and career changers seeking a career with purpose and a strong desire to positively influence clients’ lives. Candidates should embody an enterprising spirit and a deep commitment to helping others achieve financial security.
Experience: Strongly prefer sales experience, coupled with a proven ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients. Demonstrated capability to engage actively with professional and personal communities for client acquisition is key.
Skills: Possesses an uncompromising integrity, a competitive drive, and a business-minded understanding of growth principles. Must be highly coachable, an excellent communicator, self-disciplined with effective time management, and authentically able to build trust-based relationships. Commitment to a growth mindset and lifelong learning is essential.
Bonus: Candidates with a valid life and health license are preferred. Similarly, holding a valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/66 would be a strong advantage, though assistance can be provided to obtain these if not already held.
